Terms of service
The agreement between you and Familystrokes covering what you may do here, what we may do, and what happens when either side gets it wrong.
1. Accepting these terms
By opening any page on familystrokeshd.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, close the site. We may update the terms as the service changes; the version published here is always the one in force.
2. Age and eligibility
This site publishes adult material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, or older if that is the age of majority where you live, and if adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction. Do not give anyone under 18 access to your account or your device while the site is open. We remove accounts as soon as we have reason to believe the holder is a minor.
3. Your account
- Register with an email address you control, and keep it current — it is the only way we can reach you.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your login.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it was compromised.
- Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes, so we cannot recover one for you — we can only reset it.
- You may close your account at any time by writing to legal@familystrokeshd.com. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes.
4. Acceptable use
While using the site you agree not to:
- post, request, or link to material involving anyone under 18, or anyone who has not consented to its publication;
- post threats, harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or content promoting violence or self-harm;
- impersonate another person, a performer, a studio, or site staff;
- advertise, spam, or run affiliate schemes through comments, playlists, profiles, or private messages;
- probe, scan, or overload the site, its API endpoints, or its media servers;
- use automated tools to create accounts, vote, comment, or inflate view counts.
5. Comments, playlists and messages
Comments are public and attributed to your username. Two rules are enforced automatically rather than by moderator judgement:
- No links. Any comment containing a URL, a bare domain, or a
www.prefix is rejected on submission. This is deliberate and absolute — there is no whitelist, and repeatedly working around the filter is grounds for a ban. - No contact details. Do not use comments, public playlist names, or your profile bio to publish phone numbers, messenger handles, or invitations to move the conversation off-site.
Private messages between members are not end-to-end encrypted. They are stored in our database and may be read by staff when investigating abuse reports.
You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site for as long as your content remains published.
6. If you supply content for publication
Content is published by site staff through an internal panel; nothing appears automatically. If you supply material to us as a studio, performer, or contributing uploader, you confirm for every submission that:
- you own the material or hold a written licence covering distribution on this site;
- every performer was at least 18 at the time of production, and you hold the age documentation and releases required by 18 U.S.C. §2257;
- every performer consented to publication on a public, ad-supported streaming site;
- the titles, tags, models and categories you supply are accurate and not misleading;
- the material contains no third-party trademarks, music, or footage you are not licensed to redistribute.
You indemnify us against claims arising from material you supplied. We may refuse, re-encode, re-title, unpublish, or delete any submission without giving a reason.
7. Content protection and scraping
Video files are served through signed, expiring URLs. You may stream them through the site’s own player, and nothing else. Specifically, you may not:
- download, record, re-encode, or rehost the video and image files;
- share, forge, or extend signed media links, or attempt to reach media outside a signed session;
- strip or obscure watermarks;
- crawl, scrape, or bulk-copy pages, metadata, thumbnails, or the sitemap for a competing catalogue;
- embed the player or hotlink our media from another site without written permission.
8. Advertising and outbound links
The site is ad-supported. Advertising creatives are hosted by us, but the destinations they point to are operated by third parties, as are the sites in the friends bar. We do not control those destinations, their content, or their privacy practices — visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Reports and takedowns
Copyright complaints, non-consensual content, and any suspicion of underage material go through the DMCA and reporting page, which lists exactly what a notice has to contain. Every report lands in a moderation queue with a status attached to it, so nothing is silently dropped. We action verified reports quickly and, where the law requires it, permanently.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account at any time for breaching these terms, for behaviour that puts other users or the service at risk, or where the law requires it. Serious breaches — underage material, non-consensual material, threats, or attacks on the infrastructure — result in immediate and permanent termination, and may be reported to the authorities. You can stop using the service at any time; that is your remedy if you disagree with a change to these terms.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted playback, that any particular video stays available, that stored data is never lost, or that the site is free of defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or the minimum the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
When we make a material change we will note it on this page and, where we hold a working address for you, by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and contact
To be completed — insert the governing jurisdiction, the venue for disputes, and the operating company’s registered name and address before launch.
General legal enquiries: legal@familystrokeshd.com. Takedown notices must go through the DMCA page so they reach the right queue.
